As Director of Office Operations, Ruth brings a wide range of skills to Aspire Realty Services. Marcus has extensive experience with the ownership and management of a private portfolio of commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties. He has been involved in the entire management of the portfolio including acquisition, disposition, management, leasing, and 1031 exchanges. He is also proficient in landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales. Prior to working in real estate, Marcus worked in a leadership capacity at AT&T for 10 years.
Christopher Stevens has been licensed real estate professional in the state of Ohio since 2015. Chris has extensive knowledge of real estate investing and re-developing properties. In addition, Chris worked as an attorney for the City of Columbus in the Franklin County Environmental Court gaining a vast expertise in zoning and land use while understanding of the complexities in land development and working with localities. Since 2011, Chris was with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office with his most recent role being the Director of Special Counsel and Third-Party Vendors. Chris received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Finance from The Ohio State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of Toledo School of Law.
