The 2025 Coldwell Banker Commercial® Global Conference brought together top CRE professionals for two impactful days of learning, leadership, and networking.


Day One

Leadership Summit featured powerful sessions by Josh Best, Matthew Ferrara, and Allison S. Weiss, guiding attendees through mindset transformation, value creation, and purposeful leadership.

Marketing Summit previewed new tools like Prospect by Buildout, capped by a hands-on storytelling workshop with Dr. J.J. Peterson.

Additional highlights included the CCIM elective course on lease vs. own analysis, led by CCIM instructors; the GC First Timers Welcome Session and 3 Ways Your Brain is Sabotaging Your Success, both led by Brandon Hines; and Ignite Your Network speed networking, led by Chris Howard, Todd Payne, Mike Mangrum, and George Warmer.

In the General Session led by SVP Dan Spiegel, showcasing CBC®'s national accolades and commitment to innovation. Matt Kornfeind and NAR’s Dan Weisman explored how AI, data, and tech are transforming brokerage, while the live Market Tales podcast spotlighted career stories from Stephen Stucy and Clay Fuller, followed by a market outlook from Trepp’s Lonnie Hendry.

The day closed with vibrant networking events sponsored by CCIM Institute, including the Welcome Toast, Empower Hour: Women of CBC, and Launch Pad Broker Mixer.


Day Two

Delivering powerful breakout sessions across specialty tracks, cross-border deals, marketing strategy, tenant rep, OKRs, tech innovation, data center trends, AI, and business development.

The Closing General Session honored the 2024 CBC® Award Winners, recognizing Top 10 Professionals, Specialty Leaders, and Nomination Award recipients for their outstanding achievements and results. Then, the energy hit full throttle with keynote speaker Terrell Owens, NFL Hall of Famer, who joined Coldwell Banker Affiliates President Jason Waugh to discuss leadership, confidence, personal branding, and the discipline required to succeed at the highest level.

The celebration continued into the evening with the Final Night Reception at Legacy Food Hall, where attendees enjoyed craft cocktails, local eats, live music, book branding, and more opportunities to build lasting connections.


Day Three

Bonus: The Star Facility Tour where a group of attendees joined an exclusive tour of The Star, the Dallas Cowboys' headquarters—an inspiring look at leadership, excellence, and branding from one of the world's most recognized sports franchises.
