Chris Howard's Profile
Since 2007, Chris has focused on the retail and investment segment of commercial real estate. He prides himself on his strong market knowledge and ability to do extensive research and analysis for his Clients' needs. He is known for his tenacity in pursuing deals when representing either the Landlord or Tenant. This depth of knowledge and experience allows him to deliver success to each of his Clients. Chris began his sales career at a boutique investment banking and brokerage firm where he sold stocks and bonds. He then advanced his knowledge of small to mid-size businesses by specializing in commercial property and casualty insurance sales. With finely honed sales skills and understanding of commercial properties, Chris leased approximately 1.8 million square feet of retail space at his first brokerage firm and has gone on to close well over $150 million in real estate transactions. Chris is working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
